• The setting out and construction of a new 4 bed detached residence on a client purchased site in Coolowen, Blarney, Co. Cork.

We were contacted by a young couple, who were seeking to build their first new home together. Starting any new build is an exciting and nervous time for any person or couple. That’s why Doyle Bros Construction Ltd introduced this couple to our list of architects to discuss and draft floorplans that would be functional in design and elegant in looks. The house was completed to the very highest standards to include;

• open plan kitchen, dining and living area, full of light and with direct access to a rear patio area.
• large family area located off the dining area, not totally open to the kitchen to provide some privacy.
• additional separate formal living room.
• downstairs study/media room.
• master bedroomsuite with walk in wardrobe and stuning en-suite bathroom
